A note
"This way of meditating is just so easy. I find it so hard to hold my focus long enough to meditate deeply without it. Life is crazy and highly distracting, and I am so grateful that this technology helps me to dive deep, and take the necessary break away from the world and make my phone call home, so to speak. I've used this technology for over 10 years now, and early on I was dedicated to using it every day for over a three year stretch.Though I can't say I used it every day over these years, I have always continued to use it often since I can't go too long without the peace and centering it brings.
I never offered this to my clientele until recently, since Holosync was really expensive when I bought it. I'm so happy to share it now
that it's so reasonably priced, and I'm happy to be inspired to get back into using it daily again. It is my hope that you'll give this a good try for yourself so you can experience how different and harmonious life is with it, than it is without it! Now that I'm getting back into it daily again, I'm reminded of why I used to do this every day. It's so important to have an effective way to step out of the chaos of life and get yourself grounded and reconnected and back in the flow. I found, in those early days of doing this meditation, that the emotional changes were the most significant. The chaos lifts, and you live life with more calmness and with ease in being able to let things go easier, and allow people and things and events to just be.
Emotionally: There was a very interesting phenomena that happened quite a few times over time (I was able to recognize what was happening as time went on), where I felt like I was going backwards emotionally, since some of my old childhood type reactions would just blow up out of nowhere, temporarily. I bought a book by Bill Harris, The Founder and CEO of Centerpointe Research Institute, that explained that what I was experiencing was a kind of emotional evolution, where I broke through the ceiling of my old emotional capacities, and came into a greater level of sensibility. That was fascinating to observe.
Mentally,, it becomes easier to hold your focus and attention and therefore to work more creatively, and better able to make the changes you'd like in your life. On the spiritual level, you become more connected, more in tune, more insightful, and in the flow of life and with others, and with the spiritual realm.
I attribute a great deal of my ability to do the work that I do, to the time I put into using this brain entrainment technology in my meditative practices. This simple practice is truly one of the most significant and profound healing modalities available, because after all, a healthy body and healthy life all starts with the healthy brain (and mind.)"
